The Rancho Santa Fe Historical Society invites you to The Rowhouse Book & Tour, a special event celebrating the release of the latest coffee table book by author Diane Welch and the architectural legacy of Lilian Rice in Rancho Santa Fe.

VIP Book Cocktail Party

April 10, 2026 | 5 pm to 7 pm

Step inside a historic Lilian Rice estate for an elegant evening with author Diane Welch featuring cocktails, appetizers, music, and stories. VIP tickets are limited.

A VIP ticket includes one signed book by Diane Welch, access to the VIP cocktail party on April 10, and one ticket to the Rowhouses walking tour on April 11.

VIP cocktail party event details will be emailed separately.

Rowhouse Tour

April 11, 2026 | 3 pm to 5 pm

The four iconic Lilian Rice Rowhomes will be on full display during this walking tour. Purchase of the Rowhouse tour includes one book and admission to the walking tour.

The Historical Society advocates for the protection, education, preservation, and thoughtful interpretation of the historical, cultural, and architectural assets of Rancho Santa Fe and its surrounding areas.
